Client Policy for Mobile Services
Thank you for choosing to welcome wellness into your space. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and restorative experience for both of us, please review the following policies before booking:
Appointments & Booking
All services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made through our online scheduler or by direct message. Please ensure your space is clean, quiet, and comfortable for both you and your practitioner. A small, clear area is all that’s needed.
In-Home Setup Requirements
Clients must provide a clear space approximately 6x6 feet for me to set up a massage/facial table and supplies.
An accessible sink nearby (in a bathroom or kitchen) is required for handwashing and service preparation.
If setup is on an upper floor or in a challenging location (tight stairs, limited access), please let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.
Pricing & Service Length
Service prices reflect time, energy, and the personalized nature of your session.
In some cases, pricing may vary slightly based on extended travel time or customized session length. Any adjustments will be discussed and confirmed before your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms include [Cash, Venmo, Zelle, etc.].
Travel within a 5 mile radius is included in standard pricing.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this radius, depending on distance and time. This will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
Respecting Your Time & Mine
I honor your time and ask the same in return. If I’m running behind due to travel, I’ll always communicate promptly.
Please be ready at the scheduled time, as sessions are carefully timed to allow for a smooth experience for all clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
No-shows will be charged the full session rate, as time and travel are reserved specifically for you.
