​     We understand that sometimes expectations may differ, and if you have concerns about your experience, we encourage you to contact us directly. Your feedback is important, and while refunds are not available, we are committed to addressing your concerns thoughtfully and respectfully.
      Please note that all deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. However, if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment, your deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled session.
